Our People

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." - Aristotle

REPTECH staff consists of experienced lawyers, accountants, pension analysts, and compliance specialists. Our expertise in pension and benefits administration is coupled with in-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations affecting retirement and benefit plans. Clients are assigned a senior Pension Analyst who will have at least six years of experience. The Pension Analyst assures the smooth operation of your 401(k) or other benefit plan by coordinating with our Compliance Department, our Trust Accounting Department, and your other advisors, such as your attorney or CPA.

REPTECH has been providing high-quality administration and technical services to employee benefit plan sponsors for over 20 years. We can simplify your plan's operation!
